01Submitting a brief#
Submitting a brief sends your request to the studio for review. It does not create a paid booking, guarantee acceptance or reserve a delivery date. Do not rely on an occasion date until the studio confirms it.
The studio must confirm your package, total price and currency, delivery date, included revisions and applicable terms before asking you to pay.
02Your story and creative direction#
Provide accurate names, relationships, memories and pronunciation guidance, and flag details that should be left out. You are responsible for having permission to share any story material, photos or recordings you provide.
We use AI music tools as part of the creative process. Requests can describe broad musical qualities, but we do not promise to copy an existing song, impersonate an artist or clone a real person’s voice. Public mood sketches are not finished customer recordings.
03Approvals and revisions#
Review lyric drafts through your order page when the studio shares them. Check the important details before approving. Keep revision requests specific and together so the studio can understand the change.
The confirmed package sets the revision allowance. A new story, language, genre or direction can require a new version, additional cost or a revised date. Any change in scope should be agreed before proceeding.
04Payments, extras and cancellation#
Choosing a package or an extra in the brief is not a charge. To pay, open an available payment request on your order page and continue to the provider’s hosted checkout. Review the amount, currency and order details before confirming.
You can cancel for a full refund until you approve your lyrics. For an instrumental-only song, you can cancel for a full refund until the studio shares the first audio version. After that point production has started, so cancellations are not refunded, and no refunds are given after delivery. To cancel, message the studio from your order page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a few working days to show them.
05Delivery and access#
The confirmed package determines the files and extras you receive. Delivered files appear on the private order page. Download them and keep a backup; permanent online hosting is not promised.
A desired occasion date is a request until confirmed. Rush work depends on availability. If your plans change, tell the studio through your order page as soon as possible.
Keep buyer links confidential and use a separate recipient gift link for a surprise. A gift link is accessible to anyone who has it, subject to its reveal time and whether it remains active.
06Personal and commercial use#
Packages are for personal gifts and private playback, such as sharing the song with family and friends or playing it at a private event, subject to the licence confirmed with your order. Advertising, resale, brand campaigns, monetised media and other commercial uses need a separate written agreement.
An original creative brief does not automatically confer exclusive copyright, ownership of every production element or unrestricted distribution rights. Rights in AI-assisted work and third-party tools can vary. Confirm the permitted use before publishing commercially or uploading to a music distributor.
07Questions, concerns and policy updates#
Keep order-related questions, file issues and revision requests on the private order page. Account holders can also use support tickets. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or sign-in codes in messages.
Privacy details are described separately on the Privacy page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown when you pay applies to your order.
